Admin & Co Admin
There is no current co-admin, but when there is one, we will be partners. Equals. Our job is to keep the peace overall, moniter everything, keep the site a fun place, and control the coding, etc. We pretty much do all the jobs, but we get help from our global moderators, moderators, and bio approvers. We are responsible for more jobs than just listen below, such as updating the tables on the main page.
Global Moderator
Global mods are one step below the administrators. They keep an eye on the entire site, watching peoples threads, making sure the rules are being kept and the site is staying fun and friendly. They can move threads and lock threads as they see fit, if there is something really wrong. They can move old or no longer active threads to the recycle bin, a.k.a. the Decay board. They will report back to me often, and get my permission to edit a post if the rules are being broken. There will probably be two.
Moderator
One peg below the Moderator, these guys will report to the Global Moderators, or to the administrators if there is a very urgent problem. They look for grammer and spelling mistakes (but need permission to fix these in others posts), and can also bump, lock, and sticky threads. They will be assigned certain boards to look after, and will be responsible to watch these specific boards. There will probably be 4-6, but this may change as the forum grows.
Character Bio Approvers
These guys will not be staff, merely helpers.
These guys keep an eye on the incoming characters, and can approve character forms if they meet the standard. They need to have good judgement, and be able to correct someones grammer and spelling if there are mistakes, but not do this by editing, but merely reply saying what needs fixed. They need to be polite and friendly. They will be responsible for updating the Names and Species lists in the Stastics board as they accept new characters.
